BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY


Studio time is by appointment only. A valid credit card is required by all clients to schedule & secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless there's a no-show, last-minute cancellation, or rescheduling without 48 hours' notice. All sales on services, deposits, and products are final.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancelling within 24 hours of your scheduled service or on the same day as scheduled service is considered a no-show and will result in a non-refundable charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours before service will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of 50% of the total service fee.

If client is 15 minutes or later to scheduled service, the scheduled service will be forfeited and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Illnesses are not exempt from this policy.

*After 3 consecutive cancellations or reschedules, a non refundable deposit may be required to secure any future appointments. This amount will be deducted from your appointment total. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment, an additional deposit will be needed to secure your next appointment.

NO SHOWS

"No shows" or appointments that are missed without notice, will be required to pay for 100% of their missed appointment prior to rebooking.

LATE ARRIVALS

For late arrivals, services will be adjusted to fit the remaining time, or clients may choose to reschedule, subject to a cancellation fee. No time extensions or discounts will be provided.

CHILDREN, PETS, GUESTS

ADDITIONAL GUESTS can interfere with our time together, hindering me from being able to give you the best service. Children, additional guests, babies, group services, and pets are not permitted in the studio.

Kindness and respect are essential to our RELATIONSHIP. If that CAN’T BE HONORED, you may be asked to leave, Your service will be forfeited, with a same-day cancellation charge. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
